She tended to every detail, gave us easy access to services and providers in the preparation of the house to be listed, and guided us through the sometimes complicated negotiations, terms and contracts of the sale. While I recommend her for any real estate transaction she is particularly qualified in estates.

This was our second transaction with WR Realtors and Susannah Stevenson. Susannah is incredibly knowledgeable and so reassuring. She understood what a major transition this would be for our young family and was always by my side when I had questions or concerns. She cares so deeply for the people she works with. She is exactly who you want in your corner--so kind, generous, and reliable. But she won't hesitate to go to bat for her clients when needed! She is a forever friend, and we can't thank her enough for ALL her help!

Worked with Jim Aubrey to find and purchase my first house. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, as he has experience in home remodeling, building, and inspecting that was invaluable when looking at homes. He was very helpful and made the process easy.
