I don't post reviews. Really. Terry was recommended to us as someone who knew the Louisville area. From the very beginning he let us know what we were in for as far as regulations. Terry was not only looking out for us. He was also looking out for the buyer. For all of you out there looking to buy, this is so important. When we bought the house, no one was looking out for us. The house was bought with an FHA Loan. They have strict regulations. The realtor we had chosen wasn't looking out for us. We were unaware of those protections. I guess you could say we were let down on more than one end of the spectrum. When we were ready to sell the property, Terry was spot on with what we would need to do to meet those regulations. He organised everything. We had three offers on day one. The property was as presentable as it could be, but without Terry's knowledge of the possible regulations facing us, we would never have had such a quick and uneventful experience. Communication is key. That means phone calls and texts are responded to quickly. Whether you're buying or selling, Terry will look out for you :)
