Lee Jolly is a professional, honest and knowledgeable realtor and just a great person to be around! As a mother of three, I felt Lee was very knowledgeable about Louisville schools and neighborhoods that were more family friendly, which was important and helpful to me since we had just moved to the Louisville area. Now more than ever in this CRAZY market, having a good realtor is so important. I highly recommend Lee Jolly. We are excited to have bought a home, but will miss seeing her on a regular basis!

Lee Jolly was an amazing realtor from beginning to end of the entire process. She has a team of experts who staged our house, photographed it inside and with a drone overhead, helped us with the planning, the contracting, all the way to the close. Lee was able to anticipate in advance any obstacles we would potentially encounter. The house sold for full asking price within four days of listing (including a snowstorm day in the middle). We closed within six weeks. It was a fantastic process, and I HIGHLY recommend Lee Jolly. She works to build relationships, and as such, is incredibly effective.

Chris, Rachel, and Scott were beyond helpful. It was an extra stressful time in our lives and they were able to take so much stress out of the home sale and moving processes. They were knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to help at any time of day and at any point in the process. I felt supported and heard. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

Our agent at Family Realty, Jennifer Franson, was with us every step of the way. Trying to buy a house for the first time is a scary experience. Jennifer was diligent and worked beyond what we expected, helping us view houses and find one within the parameters we wanted. At every step, she easily explained what was going to or needed to happen to close on our home. She made this whole experience way less stressful and even exciting. I would highly recommend her.
