12 year old water heater failed late last night and they had me hooked up with new one before lunchtime today. Good communication and showed up when they promised. Work looks great and everything was cleaned thoroughly before they left. Definitely recommend.

I just bought my first home and Tom Dupont & team came over to fix a variety of things around my house (water shutoff valves, new utility sink & drain in basement, replacing tub & sink drains in bathroom, etc.) and I couldn't be happier with the service and end result!! I will only trust Dupont to handle my future plumbing needs - price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company

Awful, unprofessional business. Terrible at communication. They only answer the phone maybe 1 in 4 times during normal business hours. Flooded my home with concrete dust from having to dig up my floor. The dust even got up to my bedroom which is two floors above where they dug. The digging was done by two of their workers whose own colleagues said have "one brain cell between the two of them." Again, this is from their own co-workers. That is the level of care they have. The other plumbing company I hired to line my sewer at the same time immediately took photos of the scene when they walked in because they didn't want to be held liable for all the dust. Said they would never do a job that way. No precautions were taken for dust remediation and their "cleanup" after the fact was pitiful. If I could go back I would've gone with Zinn's even though they were double the cost. Embarrassing company that I would never recommend. My wife has asthma and this dust issue should never have even happened. Still haven't been able to get it all cleaned up over a week later.
