We normally rent a vehicle 1-2 per month during Ng the summer. The assistant manager at Gonzales location is always friendly and knowledgeable about the rental process. She is definitely an assett to this Branch!

My 1st experience with this location last year was decent...however this year's experience with this location is nothing but lies....and different stories from my pick up date till current. Was told I would get my 50$ deposit back upon return of car and today they say I never put that 50$ deposit down. They also have double charged me for at least 4 days worth of the personal injury protection I opted for. Find some one else to deal with if you need a rental...Also picked the car up with the oil change light on and chip spots on the windshield and the interior was not cleaned. The last guy I spoke to in person today constantly rolled his eyes at while trying to explain the now nonrefundable deposit of $50...as well as snott attitude problem and when he sarcastically suggests that I give him my card again to be charged the $50 deposit again.
