This is a great place. Employees very friendly and helpful. I've been using this location for the past 4 years. They keep my delivery information on file. I just give them my phone number and they pull up my information and print out the label. They even make sure my packages are secure and put extra tape on the packages to make sure they are sealed.

Wow, i have never been to a place with such awful service. The person that helped me today could not have been more rude. I needed to send a package and have them generate a shipping label for it. She asked for a name, and I asked whose name she needed….the sender or the receiver. She said, “it doesn’t matter.” Then rolls her eyes and sighs. Then she asks for the address. I asked if she needed the sender or the receiver. She rolls her eyes again and says it does not matter because “it doesn’t show up anyway.” In the meantime she’s turning to her coworker next to her and whispering things under her breath and they both laugh…. Wow, I am sorry to have wanted to get the name and address correct on a shipping label. I’m sorry to have come in and inconvenienced her today by paying her to send a package. So sorry to have come in and had her do her job. I’ll know better next time.

Opens at 8. Delivery guy here waiting with pallets. People can't be on time. Opens at 8, no one shows up till 830.
