Let me tell you about customer service OMG Cassandra & Atthea are the definition of customer service. They went beyond their duties to help me! When I say saved the day, theses two did just that. Home Depot these two employees need to be honored! They are great examples of your store customer service motto! Thank you so much ladies!!!!

EDIT: I was contacted by the general manager of this store who apologized to me directly and made it right. I so appreciate him being willing to hear out my criticisms. We are fast approaching our wedding and I decided to have the programs printed with Office Depot instead of having to print and cut them myself. I thought the ease of ordering and the professional product would be worth the extra money. The project was very simple and the proof I agreed to was perfect. When I picked up my order it was unreadable and the print counter attendant immediately blamed it on being an issue with my file (which I had generated through the Office Depot website) and offered no explanation as to what that issue might be or how I might fix it. When I tried to explain the process I had gone through to create the file she continued to dismiss it as my issue until I showed her that she had forgotten to print the back side of the program as well. She continued to blame the poor quality on my file, even though I had the proof available to show her. It wasnt until I started crying (pre-wedding/Christmas frustration and not my finest moment) that she began to take it seriously. In the end we had to change the font and spacingthe final product is not at all like the proof I originally agreed to. I think had Office Depot called me when they first saw how obviously messed up the original product was either offered suggestions as to how it might be fixed or admitted that the original design would not be possible I would have left with a much better impression. As it is, I regret spending the money and time on a product that is not at all worth it.
