I paid over $100 for birthday flowers. I used the website provided by CH. I picked out a fall cornucopia, to be filled with fall colored flowers. At no point in time was I told that the "traditional" cornucopia wasn't available. What showed up to my Aunt's home on Thursday was a bowl type vessel taller on one side. I contacted CH to inquire as to why I wasn't notified that what I ordered couldn't be delivered. What I received for an answer was, "we'll go pick it up if you don't want it". Great answer. The appropriate response should have been a phone call several days earlier. Since I live out of state, I rely on pictures. I have used CH many times, sad to say, no longer!
