Head Games Salon for Hair & Body

I had read great reviews about this place, so I made and appointment for a haircut. The day I was scheduled, the stylist didnt seem to understand the look I was going for. (Not too difficult to do, as it was a blunt bob). She did want to make it right (shorter is all that really needed doing) so she had me come in about 3 days later to get the right cut and style. While there, she did apologize, and told me she would do a cleanup trim @ the 6 week mark. I thanked her, and went on my way. I did schedule for the trim, but my stylist had a last minute costumer. I was asked if I would be okay if another stylist took care of my cut, and I said that was fine. I really shouldnt have agreed because the person I got didnt listen to me. She was on her phone as we were going to the chair. I stated that all I needed was to shape up and trim the back, and please dont use the sheers. She nodded, and I sat down. Before I knew what was happening, she had GRABBED THE CLIPPERS AND CUT THE ENTIRE NECKLINE OFF!!! I stared at her in disbelief. She said she was sorry, but the damage was done. If this were a miscommunication, I could understand. However, I TOLD her just what I needed was a simple trim off the nape of the neck. This was an avoidable mistake. Had she not been on the phone and focused on customers, I wouldnt be writing this review. I had gone in three times, two of which needed fixing. I wont chance going again. From what I saw, the salon was okay, but the staff didnt seem as attentive. There was both champagne and wine, but the staff never asked if I wanted a drink. I didnt think I was supposed to walk over to the bar area and pour a drink, as other customers were being served. Perhaps it was a bad few days all around. Things happen, and I get it. But I cannot afford the time to have my hair fixed 2 of the 3 visits. Service: Haircut

I have never stuck with a salon this long. Galina is amazing, particularly if you have curly hair. She is such an expert and always understands exactly what I am looking for! Service: Haircut

Whenever I want a top notch job done on my hair, I make an appointment here. Have been a customer for 7 years.

The stylists are fantastic, but it seems like management has abandoned their business. Not a friendly feeling walking in the door. Difficult to schedule. Noone to talk to over phone. Text only.
