Nine East 33rd

I wanted to write this review on behalf of Dana, who is an employee at Nine East. She has been so nice, professional and helpful. She has went above and beyond to answer questions, and she always makes herself available to take phone calls. I hope that management reads these reviews, as they should be super thankful that she is employed at their establishment. Keep up the good customer service!

This place has taken a serious decline. I remember moving my baby in about 2 years ago and everything seemed fine. The location is ideal for JHU students. It gives the parents a piece of mind knowing that they don't have far to travel especially while we're living in another state. It has security, but, to be completely honest, they all seem unexperienced and uninterested in their jobs and the safety of the residents. Moving onto staff, there were a few great staff members but they are now gone. Hailey in the office was also so kind and helpful when I would call. Brady was also so helpful and always had an answer to my problems. The other members were not so great unfortunately. My baby has now graduated from school and has recently moved. Although, our experience hasn't been the absolute best, the good times outweigh the bad. I do hope that management take the time to train the remaining and future employees on how to be kind and patient. Customer service is such an important role.

Have had a really positive experience working with the leasing office. Lashawnda, Halle, and Ben have all been super helpful, courteous, and efficient during the process!
