Poor customer service. Paid for a new iphone and was told one week until delivery. 4 weeks later no phone. Called for information. First employee couldn't be bothered to look up my order. Second employee also wouldn't look it up. I was told I would get the phone when it arrived. No new estimate. No information. I understand they are at Apple's mercy, but the total disregard for customer service is very frustrating.
