        I called after hours to get a prescription I ran out of. Was on hold for 20 min and they told me they were not able to help me and that I should call the pharmacy to get a loaner dose. Very poor customer service showing no empathy or genuine concern!

        Johns Hopkins Community physicians has significantly shown steadfast decline in customer services. I would not recommend this health care practice to NO ONE. Appointments canceled without any messages thru MyChart or via phone. However, they did send me an after visit summary of a visit that didn't occur. Checking in is a nightmare....with no personal interactions. Be prepared to share your medical history with the entire office....NO Privacy at all. This use to be a caring and efficient practice....

        I take my kids to the pediatrician here and staff are kind and accommodating to a reasonable appointment date. My kids enjoy the staff too.
