Merriweather Lakehouse, Autograph Collection

Rudely kicked everyone out of the bar area not even letting people just sit. Forced us into the ballroom for supposed entertainment. Everyone arrived from Merriweather at 11:30 but nothing going on until well after 12:30. Wall screens advertised late night snacks, they were cold burnt pizza, sliders the size of macaroons. Horrible. But nice hotel.

During check-in the young man at the front desk was rude, not very knowledgeable about military discount (stated no military discounts was available). WHAT, NO WAY! But they had a Maryland discount! What!! Too tired to ask for the manager due to an early flight from Colorado and staying long hours visiting my sister in hospice. Shower sucked! Water only got to luke warm late at night. Only good thing about the room was the comfortable beds (queen size), the pillows and the lake view. First and only stay at this location. Need better training for this front desk worker! Two young woman at check-out was extremely friendly and apologized!

Front desk was slightly rude at check in. The shower had no pressure and water took 8 or so minutes to be warm. The shower floor was uneven. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars.

Great customer service room was very clean and roomy very quiet and peaceful, checking in was easy and checking out. Close to everything mall,grocery store, eateries, no complaints at all.

This was the best hotel I've slept at. OMG the bed was so comfortable. I arrived in evening and woke up to a beautiful view from the 8th floor. The only downfall is no breakfast we ordered Door Dash from this place called Shirley's on route 49. I give this hotel a 9, if they had free continental breakfast it would be a 10.
