I've been dealing with Edward Arthur for most of my life when they were franchised and wide spread throughout central Maryland. It's always been awesome working with them for jewelry and gemstones. Jerry, Maddy, Bill, and everyone else is knowledgeable in their work, and aren't always trying to upsell you to the next thing and break your budget. I have always appreciated them for that, even when I was a kid and my mom and dad were buying from them. The prices are always great, and their custom jewelry designer/creator, Kyle is one of a kind. Definitely cut from the same cloth as the previous goldsmith and moving the customization game forward in time.

I came to this jeweler and did not leave disappointed. I was given and proposed with a ring my grandmother gave me but never had a wedding band. Randy and Katie helped my pick out a wedding band that I absolutely love and a piece that is timeless. Customer service was outstanding! My girlfriend and I had our wedding rings made by a custom jeweler in Florida. Wanting to have an engagement ring made locally we shopped at several places. Edward Arthur ended up being our choice for several reasons. We loved that they would guarantee the setting as long as we bring it in for a cleaning and check up every 6 months. Kyle Brooks worked very closely with us to design and make our engagement ring. He took extra time to measure the wedding band, sent me renderings, and worked with me to make sure we were getting the ring we desired. The ring matches my girlfriends wedding ring perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the design and quality! Thanks Kyle!!! You rock!!! Speaking of rocks, Kyle sold me a very high quality natural diamond at a very fair price! Edward Arthur will be my first go to for future jewelry needs!!!
