I was locked out of my moving pod and had movers coming in an hour. I was in a panic!  I called Asaf's for help. They requested a picture of the lock and said they could help. Admittedly my lock was challenging, but once I sent the picture of the lock, they would not answer my calls and sent me to voicemail 4 times.  They never returned my call and left me locked out. Luckily I called another service who responded quickly, was reasonable, professional, polite and quick. I would never recommend Asaf to anyone.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE:I provided the picture via text, so it wasn't a link. If there was an issue, you should have communicated that to your potential customer.  Additionally I called you right after sending the picture and no one picked up. I called four times!!! I had no problem with the other lock smith I chose. They got the same picture I sent to you and provided great communication and service. There is no justification for your lack of customer service.

Asaf was available immediately even though it was late in the evening to help me when I locked my key fob in my trunk and arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He worked quickly and professionally, and answered my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need locksmith services again.

I lost my key fob on a hike. I knew that it would be expensive to replace because we never got a key fob copy for our only set! My first call for quotes was to Asaf's Locksmith. After answering a few questions, he gave me a clear, reasonable quote. Asaf gave me the best quote after getting quotes from 2 more places (including dealership to which we'd need to tow the car). I did not need to wait long with my stranded car. When he arrived, he was able to produce a key fob copy in less than 15 minutes. He was clearly good at his work and very professional. It was so painless and easy. I highly recommend Asaf's Locksmith and find it more compelling to support him because he's has a young, local business.

Asaf was courteous and professional. Quick same day service as he had all the parts/keys he needed to fix my locks. Happy customer!
