My husband & I went to Ken's Service Center in Columbia and we couldn't be more pleased!!!!! Everyone there took VERY GOOD care of us- Especially Walter, and Mike set the appointment up for us!! They both are Outstanding, kind and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place for your car needs & service and a friendly atmosphere!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Kens in Columbia. I found myself at the Exxon gas station nearby. When I got a flat tire I went in to Kens to see if they may be able to help me as I was stuck with my toddler and newborn. From the moment I stepped inside the team was kind, thoughtful, and courteous. They went above and beyond to help my family. Without an appointment, they still prioritized the work. They helped me bring my car over from where we had broken down, assessed any damage, and made a point to find the parts necessary to fix it. They also offered to help in anyway with my kids in the waiting room. They personally went and found the tire I needed, even though they didnt have it in stock and sent a staff member to retrieve it as soon as possible. I highly recommend their dedicated work and exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend Kens service center to anyone. I know that I will come back for any work that I need done in the future. So happy to have found an amazing service center with dedicated and wonderful service technicians.
