Started off that mo one told me they would dig my drive way up today. When I questioned it John Rowe with hi brilliant attitude told me to talk to the supervisor. When i went to talk to the supervisor Mr. Rowe jumped in and was extremely rude and over talked his supervisor repeatedly. He was rude and disrespectful. The supervisor in the morning didn't correct him fir hi very rude customer service. This afternoon I made the mistKe to ask him if my dryer could be moved back. Said we will take care of it. Well one guy shut the Gate an it didnt look like the had plas to move it. I asked another guy about it and Mr. Rowe found his way in that conversation. Yelling an rude i already told you that's he said it 3 time. Another fellow came in fix the dry. The afternoon supervisor kept making excuses fir Mr. Rowe. Then as they packed up for the day my daughter and I listened and watched as the talked about and made fin of me in front of my own home. They never wore a mask in my house Im high rush with a lung issue. At that point this time i was scared to say anything because Mr.Rowe was very intimidating. They left my floor and yard a disaster. Never told us what the had to do. I will certainly notify BGE and let them know this company treated their customer!!! I don”t want the disrespectful man back on my property. Im sure I have no choice. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life!!!! They forced my gate over the pule a ruble. They laid nothing on the brand new floor. Left dirt and parts over my kitchen floor. Didn't return it the way they found it. It was horrible. Unfortunately they will return. Of course they didn't tell us if it would be the weekend or Monday. My next email will go to BGE.

They came to my house to fix a gas leak for bg&e. Instead of saw cutting a square in my concrete driveway they literally smashed a hole through my driveway , fixed the gas line and filled it with cold patch asphalt and did a hideous job at that. A completely horrible job by completely incompetent people.

These people are terrible as far as service. They replaced my gas meter and then it was the end of the work day and they left us without gas and therefore no heat and no hot water in my home for the weekend. There is no number to call after hours.
