Living at Aventon is fantastic!! Staff is great, Neighbors are nice, and the amenities are worth the price! I had a wonderful experience with the application process and got to work with wonderful employees who care about the best possible offer for me

Beautiful residential apartment building with modern amenities including large fitness center and a podcast studio for residents. Also boasts a resort-style pool with private cabanas, remote indoor/ outdoor work spaces, social lounge with coffee bar, arcade and other games, yoga studio, pet spa, outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, electric car charging stations, and MORE! The location is also very convenient to shopping and the highway or public transportation The primary negative or drawback residents have complained about is the leasing office (particularly the more lengthy leasing process in the recent pass) which frustrated some applicants. However, there may have been a recent management shift, so perhaps these leasing staff and operations issues have been resolved The units are more on the pricey side, however with the vast amenities, location, and well-kept appearance of the building, many will find it worthy of its price.

Ian Pillai has been very accommodating and helpful throughout our apartment search and application process. We look forward to our upcoming move to the Aventon Crown.

Ian is awesome, he helped me even though he wasnt my leasing agent. My leasing agent was Mayra. She calculated my move in balance incorrectly twice which I understand people do make mistakes and in her case she makes a lot of mistakes. After signing my lease she asked me if I rented an MPDU which was not the case and since she was my leasing agent she should know. The hallways need to be shampooed. All the leasing professionals seem lazy except for Ian. As you can see from the reviews, Ian is the best part about this place. If you need help you need to physically go to the leasing office because they dont respond to emails. The maintenance team is great!
