Just added a phone to a business account and had the pleasure of working with Raven and Parker and it was the best personal customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. They couldn’t have been more helpful, informative and courteous. They cared, and it showed. Outstanding.

I went into ask questions about a new promotion and 2 girls that worked there didn't ask if I needed anything and told me they were doing something on their computer so They couldn't help me, even before they ask Why I'm there. My questions had nothing to do with their computer! Then I waited for another 10 min and just walked out. The entire time they were chatting with one another. If you got that type of work to do, go to the back and do where there is no customer waiting to be helped. 🤬

Said my phone was available for pick up, came at 7:30, when they posted they were open until 8 and no one inside, doors locked, and no one answering the phone..what was the point in spending almost $1000

Raven was WONDERFUL! She helped my father when he wanted to move from a flip phone to an iPhone. He is like a teenager playing in his phone all the time now. Because she was so helpful with my Dad we went back to her store to get some help with a hotspot for my daughter. We have closer stores but wanted to go back to where we got amazing customer service. Well done Raven! Thank you so much for all your help.
