This is my second stay here and it was somewhat disappointing. Room was clean, the amenities left much to be desired. No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands at the sink, there was one coffee pod for the keurig. When I called the front desk I was told they didnt have any coffee as housekeeping takes care of that and they were gone for the day. The pillows on the bed were so old that the fill inside was sparse and it was like they were flattened out.

I came to the Hilton because I was having a family crisis and just needed a place to stay for a few hours while my husband worked. I had a heart issue last year and my husband has been driving me to work and I felt not well enough to go in for the day. So I just needed a room to wait, while he worked until he could come back and we could drive home together. I made an reservation on my Hilton App and went to the hotel. I was told they were not able to help me in the situation and that I would have to pay an additional 50 dollars to check in early, even though they were not sold out, and I booked the room already for 184 dollars. My father worked as the CFO of Washington Hilton and Towers for over 30 years and is a well known person in the Hilton corporation. I have been around Hilton all my life and have lived in Hilton Hotels when our family were transferred from state to state. I have stayed at hundreds of Hiltons including the Waldorf Astoria with my parents as a youth and have alway been a Hilton Honors member as well as friends and family member. The way I was treated this morning was against the standards Hilton use to stand for when my father worked with the company. The front desk staff was not compassionate or even concerned about my situation. Katie at the desk, eventually canceled my reservation and then walked away before even ensuring our conversation was over with. Being already hurt today, to know this is how I was treated by a company that my father devoted his life to was so disappointing. I will stay in my husband's car until he is done with work. Overall a terrible experience, as a Hilton Honors member. Very disappointed in this hotel and their staff.

Booked online while traveling. Nothing great about the hotel or rooms. We stayed at Comfort Inn Wednesday night, which cost a lot less (TV was a little smaller). Included breakfast with my booking $21 extra to be told at breakfast it only included the buffet ( which we didn't want) waffle, pancakes, French toast cost extra. The woman who worked the restaurant was not very friendly, except to 1 couple who said they stay here alot so friendly she laid on their table to talk to them & proceeded to talk bad about the other woman that worked with her. She also told me the front desk clerk that checked us in had book smarts but not a brain. Very disappointed in Hilton & would not book again or any Hilton if they are like this. What am I paying all this extra money for?
