I love this place! Both the vets I've seen have been so thorough and caring. Everyone here seems to really know their stuff. They are responsive and stay on top of things. Dr. Tuthill helped us get in to see a veterinary cardiologist when everywhere was booked up, because he was taking our dog's arrhythmia seriously! He called us every day to follow up on our dog's care and scheduling. Today, Dr. Ivanov actually laid down on the floor to examine and treat my terrified pup who was hiding under the bench. The nursing team are also so kind and helpful. Everyone clearly loves animals. Seriously, NAC is wonderful.

Unhappily, I'm editing my review today. Norbeck AC has been our veterinarian for over ten years. Over the years, they have seen our cats, in good times and bad. However, our cat, who is in their care now, has been struggling for weeks. When we can get their attention, the care seems good. However, they habitually fail to respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. The vets are unresponsive to any messages, even when the staff promise a reply within a day or so. We often go days, or more than a week, in response to our inquiries. I don't know if they're overwhelmed or unorganized, but either way, we are regretfully looking for a new vet. Everyone is very friendly, the girl at the reception is a sweetheart EVERYONE every time I take Tommy they treat me very well just like my Tommy, Dr Ivano is very sweet, he is our favorite doctor, they speak Spanish they are always attentive to the controls, very efficient, They answer any concerns

I have been taking my dogs to Norbeck Animal Clinic for years. The entire staff is amazing! They genuinely care about the health and wellness of our pets. They always take the time to answer questions and are very polite, thorough and professional. If you are looking for a quality vet who loves animals this is your place!
