ever since it's become Walgreens you can't get no answers I just called fourand every half hour they hang up on you

Since becoming Walgreens..this store is a complete nightmare!! I called at 9am to check on a prescription. I waited on hold for an hour..then they picked up & hung up on me. I called back..waited on hold for a 1/2 hr and they picked up & hung up on me again. I went to the store..waited in line for 45 mins..to be told that my prescription would not be ready for another hour. I went to the store 6 hrs later..waited in line another 45 mins..and was told that they hadn't even filled my prescription yet..and to come back in an hour. Another hour later..I received a text from Walgreens telling me that my prescription was delayed..because it was out of stock. I tried calling again but after 45 mins of listening to their recording of.."We'll be with you shortly"..I went back to the store..and was told that my prescription was on order & would not be in until the following day. By now..it was too late to contact my doctor to see if he wanted to prescribe something different for me. So..no prescription!! The following day was almost a complete repeat of the day before with hour long phone calls..and waiting on hold..to no avail. I finally got through by phone at 4:30 pm (almost too late to contact my doctor again)..and was told that my prescription order never came in and they had "NO IDEA"..when it would arrive. So..I had barely a 1/2 hr to contact my doctor to see what he wanted me to do. My doctor called Walgreens to check on the order status of my prescription..and was told they were no longer carrying the brand name..so my prescription would not be coming in or filled at all. It is beyond my belief that they didn't let me know that 2 days earlier; they just kept stringing me along..as though they were going to fill it..and I don't understand why. As I stated..this store is now a complete nightmare. Stay away..if you can!! ****POSTSCRIPT**** Here we are 2 weeks later: I called Walgreens in Adams with a pharmacy question..and waited on hold for over 1 hour..finally giving up & hanging up. HAS NOT IMPROVED YET THAT I CAN SEE!!

Very rude and discriminate towards someone out of time also over a 1 hour wait for medicine

Newly walgreens. Could not refill my important medication. Took half hour on hold to talk to pharmacy. Walked in 2 times to get meds and line was so long had to leave both times. Get it together!!
