Service Center - Nissan 24

I've never been to this dealership as I go to Boch. May i also add im also a very happy customer. If i did purchase another vehicle in the future. This commercial is not helpful, totally annoying and the fact that's on TV constantly is even more annoying. The girl is too high pitch really and they consider someone else.

instead of being professional, the guy was telling me how attractive I was and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back!! The lack of respect and help is beyond me. I would highly not recommend, not worth one star!! Had to put it just to post a review

To Anyone that get service done at NISSAN 24 use Jude and Derek in service are the guys to go to they are always willing To work with you and help he has the at most patients with you I greatly appreciate everything these guys does also for part use my guy Roy very knowledgeable in what he is taking about I love these people !!!!

Beware! Beware! customer serice in service department is insanely rude and not customer oriented at all. Tried to give you all one more shot and still poor poor service.. all I need is a battery replaced under warranty. Not holding a charge and still 3+ years on warranty. Tells me I need to drop it off for half day diagnostics.... would not tell me how much that was going to cost. I asked 3 times what the charge for diagnostics would be. One more time nissan is not standing behind their product! The battery is not holding a charge this is not rocket science. I need a new battery. Everything else is testing fine. This place has been horrible since we bought the truck! Purchased multiple vehicles from this place and has been horrible since first purchase. horrible service and a complete 6 month battle over a complete lemon they sold us.

Everyone at this dealership is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Nate did an amazing job getting me into a beautiful 2020 Nissan Versa. He kept in contact with me the whole way providing updates on getting the title and had me out of the dealership in about an hour once the title was signed. Would absolutely shop here again!
