I called from another state to order flowers for a friend. She was delighted and the arrangement was absolutely lovely with a nice assortment of Spring flowers. Same day delivery was no problem they got they very quickly.

David and his team created wonderful centerpieces and a bouquet for our event. The colors were so vibrant. The flowers lasted a long time after the event as well. Thanks for making our event so beautiful, David! I highly recommend Gordon Florist for your event!

I was very disappointed with a recent purchase of flowers at Gordon's. I bought my wife flowers for our anniversary. Within 2 days some of the flowers stems wilted and several of the flowers were clearly dying. I went back yesterday to buy some additional flowers for the vase and mentioned to the two women at the counter what had happened. I got the deadpan look from both and was told we probably didn't get them in water fast enough or they may have been older flowers. Neither were great answers. I responded that we live 7 minutes from Gordon's and they were delivered. The driver handed them to my wife. They didn't have a response. Not the kind of customer service that wowed me! We have done a lot of business over many years with Gordon's. Definitely will be a while before we go back. If anyone has recommendations for local florists, please share. I want to add to my initial post. Gordon's just delivered my wife a beautiful vase of flowers and an apology note. I'm not sure if they saw my first post or overheard my conversation with the two women. In the end, though, they made it right. That is exceptional service! Thank you Gordon's!
