I would genuinely suggest going to Jiffy Lube up the street over Auto Kings. I had numerous items (vape, chargers, auxiliary cord, wheel lock socket, windshield wipers)stolen from, and off of my car while it was being serviced. It took over 2 months to have an engine replaced. I was given projected dates over 5 times as to when my vehicle would be ready and it wouldn't even be close to being ready. After the engine was replaced I now need a rear main seal, a valve cover gasket, and the seals for the distributor are also leaking now. I brought up leaks directly after my engine was replaced and was told that it wouldn't be covered. I was also recently told I needed an engine mount replaced when all the issue was was the exhaust rattling. I also got my inner and outer tie rod replaced, and they didn't do an alignment until the owner came in and told them that they have to. Now my tie rod is making noise again. I've had numerous issues with associates being sketchy, unprofessional, and causing issues for me. Bring your business somewhere else.
