Hello Paul, I comprehend your role as the franchise owner here, but it doesn't justify communicating with customers in a condescending and indifferent manner. Your approach during my visit was unpleasant, with a refusal to answer simple questions and an almost combative attitude. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I might have opted for the enterprise down the street. It's advisable to enhance your customer service skills, as this doesn't appear to be the first instance of it being brought to attention.

And they did it again! I posted the below review prior to my last rental. This time I had the dates wrong on my reservation and I was taken care of without event. They had an SUV ready for me within 20 minutes and I was on my way. GREAT customer service and care. All Budget Car Rental locations should be so effcient.
(PREVIOUS REVIEW)I have used this Budget on 2 occasions and have been super pleased each time. The service and vehicle condition were great. My third time is approaching Friday. Happy returning customer.
