        Our son was involved in an accident mid December. Acceptance assigned an adjuster and our auto repair sent all information. After this we were ghosted. No calls answered. Just nothing. The phone rings and rings and if we do get ahold of someone we are transferred to a supervisor who guess what DOESNT answer. Totally unacceptable. This accident was not my sons fault and yet hes driving around with a trunk that doesnt close.

        I dont remember his name but he is from Decatur. I went in the office. And was thrilled with the service. He answered all of my questions and really put his time and effort in making sure I get the cheapest rate. Cant thank him enough.

        Doris was great! We had a good conversation while she setup my policy! It's so hard to come across a good CSR but Doris was exceptional !

        Talked to a agent today named Ms.Doris Hardy she was sooooo helpful to me she worked and worked until she found me some good a cheaper insurance the way we talked and laughed you wouldve thought we knew each other my mom always told me to be kind to others because you may never know they can be your blessing and that she was thank you for your good great customer service!!!!
