Very fast car pickup as preferred AVIS customer, bypassing a long line of other customers and walking straight to the vehicle, saving at least 30min; the vehicle condition and size has always been very good as well.

I rented a car for work and in the 2nd week I had 2 flat tires. I called and the customer service (Trina, a supervisor) was awful. I asked if I could exchange and she told me that they are bringing the car to the maintenance shop and I would have to find my own way to get another car at Avis. Needless to say I no longer will rent with Avis and will go to Hertz since I have used them for 7 years and I never had an issue. I also rented a certain sized car and they gave me an EUV, which makes no sense since I drive long ways. To charge the car it took me 10 hours to charge not the 3-4 hours they told me. I will say that James from the tow was great, however I shouldn't be charged to get the car towed due to mechanical error. When I received the car, it was dirty and someone's glasses etc was left in car which states they clearly didn't clean the way they should. I left the glasses and car freshners on the car when it got picked up in case someone was looking for the glasses.
