I would NOT recommend this service. A retired judge on their team did my divorce arbitration, and despite finding the domestic abuse suffered by me "credible", having an admission from my ex husband from District Court, a medical examiner's report which was uncontested by opposing counsel, a Social Security award and medical documentation clearly proving my inability to work as a result of my husband's abuse, this judge decided to award Transitional Alimony rather than Rehabilitative. If you don't know the difference, ask your lawyer. It is HUGE. It was obvious from deposition and arbitration testimony that my ex was financially exploitative and had a long history of fraud and deception. Despite knowing my ex had me working two jobs, taking care of the our home and family so he could further enrich himself, while I went further into debt, this judge could not find it fitting to determine that I had helped my ex increase his wealth, while being financially exploited. The judgment clearly disregarded all of this. He didn't give any credit for several years of cohabitation (doing all the same hard work to my ex husband's advantage).
I could go on, but basically, if you are a woman, I would think twice before using this agency. My judgment was unfair and the judge had plenty of evidence and latitude to decide differently. He just didn't want to.
