Strictly Service Plumbing and Heating

Strictly Servoce Plumbing and Heating is wonderful! I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday during a super cold weekend. After spending an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help (with no luck) I called Strictly Service Plumbing and Heating. They weren't able to make a service call that day but spent a long time on the phone with my boyfriend and I walking us through the problem. We were able to stop the emergency and he helped us learn more about our furnace! He was so patient and kind. We will absolutely be calling back next time we need a plumber!

Chris came to help us with a furnace ignition problem. He came the same day I called within a few mins actually. He could not have been more helpful with explaining everything, very professional, and quick with the repairs. Fantastic service and a great guy. Highly Recommend

I was struggling to find someone to come out last minute when my heat would not come on. They answered and said they could be there in an hour. They troubleshooted and found that I needed a new thermostat. I had one and they installed it. My heat is back on before the snow storm! Thank you Chris!

I hired Chris to reconfigure piping to connect to a new water meter.  He did arrived on time, assessed the problem and was able to fix the problem promptly.  The price was very reasonable.  I will definitely be calling Chris for my plumbing needs in the future.

Unfortunately I can't leave a review concerning their services because I haven't had a chance to receive any services. Initial call placed on September 12, 2019 (Thursday)around 2:30 pm. I spoke with Chris and explained the problem I was having. He asked me to text him my information and that he would probably be available for Monday, September 16, 2019. He said he would let me know later on that evening. On September 13, 2019 (Friday) I texted Chris again to find out when he would be available because he did not get back in touch with me. It is now September 16, 2019 (Monday) and I still haven't heard back from Chris. It's a shame when new customers have an unprofessional experience like this. I had such high hopes due to the reviews of other Yelpers. I guess I'll be calling another HVAC company today.
