Great service! They responded immediately and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond to keep us in hot water,while we waited for a new system to be put in.

Scam artists. They seem nice but they will rip you off. They charged $1007 for 250 gallons of oil and never even delivered any oil. I've been without heat and when I called them after the "delivery" that never happened, they tried to charge $150 an hour to have someone come out and check to see why the heat wasn't working. When they came the said the oil tank was damaged... when they supposedly checked the oil tank before they even did the first delivery. Stop scamming people and give the money back! Scam artists!

Matt was courteous, thorough, efficient and willing to answer questions. Pioneer Oil has served my home for over 20 years. The office staff, drivers and burner/tank service staff have always been positively responsive to my concerns. Though Pioneer Oil prices may be slightly higher than that of other dealers, I consider reliability of service to be very important.
