The new general manager, Emily is horrible! Either she is just plainly rude and has horrible customer service skills or she is racist. I have been frequenting Za's since 2008 and over the years I have had a pretty good experience. It's not the best of food or the worst, but it's pretty good "eats" for the price.
Every time I or someone else of color goes to Za's they have a negative encounter with her. Either she does not want to serve us or takes an incredibly long time to get to us, even with no one else in the establishment, or she is just snappy, dismissive and rude.
Let me be clear, I still like this restaurant and have had a pretty good experience with other staff members, but this little rude one is too much for me. I think I might stop frequenting just because of her consistently rude attitude - I'll take my money somewhere it will be appreciated.
