BRAVO Cucina Italiana

Wine came in taunted glass, food under cooked and was told a manager would be out to see me, ....no one came out. Very disappointing for a normally good restaurant.

This was not our first time there but probably the 1st time this year. I have to say cooked foods' quality is not the same and our waitress didn't want to be there at all. It was a bit sad more than disappointing because we were confident going in with other 3 families and it was not the same at all.

Poor service and management. We waited way too long for everything. In the end it was a good hour + by the time we got our meals. We waited so long for our drinks, then appetizer, had to ask another server for bread, and after over an hour finally our meals. I was not even hungry for the meal anymore. It was not a busy day or time. It seemed like we were ignored. Others came in and got service and even LEFT before we got our meals. We were never asked for refills. After we finally got our meals, part of my daughters meal was not present and the server apologized and said that since we waited so long and didn’t get her full meal, he would talk with the manager. The manager came to deliver the rest of the meal. She was nice but I did not even know she was a manager until I read her jacket. When i asked her if she was the manager she said yes and asked if everything was ok. I told her the server said he was going to speak with her and get back with us and it seems there was no communication there at all. The manager said she would seek out the issues but never came back to let us know anything. She did give us some credit on our meal but I expected better communication and management. Usually they come and say they apologize and they will do this or that. She left us questioning what she was going to do about the situation and never returned to situate explain/apologize. The food was good overall though but I did not want to spend my afternoon waiting for lunch. We were very disappointed . It will be a while before we go back. If ever. I even found a hair in the food but didn’t even want to say anything about it because everything was already so disappointing....... ☹️

I hosted a work lunch with six colleagues. We had great food and great service from Danielle. I lost my receipt needed for company reimbursement, so I called and got a copy from Fouad. He was very helpful in searching for my ticket and forwarding a copy of the receipt to me. Thank you!!
