This wireless company is the worst business I have ever witnessed. Since they inherited Sprint, the service and business practice has plummeted totally into the bowels of the worst sewer. I had been a customer of Sprint for 20 plus years, and was treated like a respected customer.  Now, I am about to server my ties with T-Mobile. Because if I have to be treated like a castaway, I would rather not have a phone at all.  T- Mobile has treated me and others like me as if we have no brain content at all.  I lost my cell phone while gardening in May of 2021. I filed a claim with the insurance company that Sprint provided for all their cell phone customers. My claim was never acknowledged, after 4 times I submitted it.  I soon found out that customer service was a thing of the past, because now T- Mobile has turned what was left of Sprint into a pit of total dishonesty.I had to purchase another phone and to my surprise I was still being charged for the phone that I lost with no claim recovery.  This was in May of 2021. Would believe that I am still being charged by T-Mobile for the new phone and the lost phone, although the lost phone should have been paid for 2022, May.  I have written letters, after many calls, and still get the same old worn out phase, "You leased the phone and did not return the phone, so we have to keep billing you."  The strange thing about this chicanery is, the same woman answers the phone for the Corporate T-Mobile, and the Corporate Asurion Cell phone insurance company.I would advise anyone to stay clear of leasing a cell phone by any means necessary, especially from T-Mobile.

Tried to charge me $900 for a new phone. Called TMobile directly and got the same service for $600. Staff in this store are crooks, you can't trust anything they say.
