BURGERFI

Customer service lacking greatly here at this location. The young lady wasn't very knowledgeable about what is severed on burgers when asked to help. I didn't have my glasses and online menu was vague. Anyway. She didn't clarify affecivly. Got the food. The burger I order was wrong and not as she specified when I asked when ordering. Fries were burnt tasting and I had to take them back 2 times. I got ugly looks from the cooks that are visible from front counter. I felt very uncomfortable and u satisfied. I didn't want to go back to the counter. The man from back came he looked like he was not happy that I had complained. My son ate his burger there and had to take fries to go. I tasted the burger and it was not quality meat in my opinion. Had hard gristle pieces throughout. I didn't want to go back up there because they already looked angry so I just took it home. I attempted to nibble on it while I was at home after it was cold it looked quite weird. The meat was thoroughly cooked at the restaurant Sensei got cold then had a weird pink tinge and tasted real funny. So I tossed it. My son said his stomach was upset the night and next day with the loose stool. 30 dollars to the toilet. Either I came on a completely horrible day or thats quality.. either way I won't go back to try again at any location just because the customer service was bad and they made me feel uncomfortable. Never even apologized. Get better customer service . I'm completely understanding that everything won't be perfect but at the least don't treat a customer like they don't have a right to make a complaint. I've watched too many bad episodes of restaurants doing bad things to people's orders after they complain. No thank you

I like a good cheeseburger. It's something that I can get behind. When all the components are fresh and quality they come together like a really good plan and I am there for it. And they have fresh cut fries. That in itself is a miracle and a large part of why I choose to go there. I get the crifry which is an order of fries with three huge onion rings. The onion rings are delicious. They are really thick but yet are crispy. If you like food then this place is a great time!

This was the best burger I have ever had. Came here maybe 30 minutes before close for a late dinner, ordered 2 burgers and fries, BBQ Rodeo Burger & The CEO, phenomenal. Taste was on point, it was hot and fresh, and looked amazing. Establishment was very clean and a couple friendly faces to greet me when I walked in. Will definitely be returning.
