Our church got quotes from three local carpet cleaners for cleaning 5000 square feet of carpet and 140 chairs. Area's Best was not only the cheapest, but the most professional. Dan, the owner, is easy to work with, responsive to questions, and does excellent work. They were able to remove ten year old stains from our low-pile commercial carpets with ease! Our carpets no longer look like they need to be replaced! They also cleaned four bedrooms and a stairs at the parsonage next door, removing old stains and lightening aged carpet.
