The owner, Philip, responded to our phone call for an estimate immediately. We had a mature tree taken down along with some large limbs from other mature trees. The job was done the day it was scheduled and the yard was left cleaned up. Philip is very professional & dependable. We appreciate the work he and his crew did for us.

I had three trees falling down on top of the garage. Five Star came to the house the same day I called, worked with my insurance company, and had the trees down the next day removing any chance of more damage. They took the extra time to clean up the limbs, brush, and leaves, and roof of the garage. I was not expecting it to look so nice and clean when they were done. They were kind enough to work around a flowering cherry tree that I adore. I know it would have made it easier them, but they were able to make it work. I had 2 big trees fall on my garage I called around and left messages with around 10 tree companies and Phillip the owner of five star professional was the only person to call be back he even came out that night and gave me an estimate to give to the insurance and helped me with everything he could the guys came out the next day with the equipment and had the tree off my garage and cleaned up in 1 and 1/2 days very respectful and polite I will use the again and will tell my insurance and everyone I know th use them thanks again Phillip , Tony and crew Service: Tree removal

I was told by a couple friends that a woman was looking for someone to get her cat down from a tree. The cat had been stuck for 3 days and no one had been able to help. I called around to some tree service companies to see if rescuing a cat was something they could do. Five Star Professionals was very quick to help. They were extremely responsive, compassionate toward the situation, and arrived at the tree within 30 minutes of me calling. I highly recommend this company and their service! They definitely saved the day.

Big tree fell on my boat! They came in within an hour from my call, while working on a couple jobs. The team assisted me. Left to do another job and came back to assist me on time.
