        Well don't bother calling them either. Forty five minutes on hold and finally hung up.The absolute worst. Still the absolute worst. 9/20/2021. Really....bank ANYWHERE else....and rude!!! Closing my accounts. I hate TCF and Huntington. They hide behind COVID19 with their horrible service. Pathetic.

        The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I cannot say one good thing about TCF. Employees are rude and unwilling to help. Nobody knows the policies. Everytime I talk to someone they have a different policy explanation.
