Don't waste your time with this place called the day before to get a test was told they only book test the day of and open at 830 am have called 54 times between 830 and 930 am nobody answers the phone either rings a bunch or goes to voice-mail

My first experience at this Urgent Care was great! Rosa answered my call; she was so kind and professional and seemed to actually care about my situation. She was patient while I gathered my information and spoke with positivity. There was also a girl, Arria, who smiled with her eyes and showed excitement as she approached my vehicle to give me a Covid swab test. I did notice that the back door to the office was broke and it seemed to slow down their efficiency to work but Aria was so pleasant and gentle. The Doctor, Robert was also very thorough and made me feel cared for. He never interrupted me while talking and never made me feel rushed. I did have to call back to ask a question and Fatiamah was very informative and helpful as well. I will continue to go to this Urgent Care, since my first experience was so great! I do wish that this Urgent Care would get some parking cones or directional signage for where to wait in your vehicle to be covid tested. Thank you!
