We had LOTS of questions about switching my friend from his carrier over to my AT&T account Justin answered every question we threw at him without blinking an eye. Extremely knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Ha gave us a bunch of facts and numbers, recommended the best economic plan for my friend, and gave instructions on what to expect and when to expect it. Justin and Daniel were extremely knowledgeable, proficient as well as efficient, and made our time there actually enjoyable! We got the phone switched over to my AT&T account and they made sure all was working before letting us leave. I will definitely return to this Bloomington location site again should I ever want to upgrade or have any questions.

Throughout selecting and activating my new phone, the staff members were patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the various options. They took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the most suitable plans and features based on my preferences. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their recommendations. The store was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable customer waiting area. The staff maintained high professionalism while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The customer service I received was truly top-notch.
