Great building and amazing staff. Beautiful and quality units and great location! The staff here is so friendly and are great at what they do. They are always willing to go above and beyond when working with them. Highly recommend Aria!

I have loved my experience living at Aria. The maintenance and management staff are always willing to go above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. My favorite part of living at Aria is the resident events! They are always so much fun, and really make me feel a part of the community.

Top tier building with top tier management. I've lived at a lot of buildings and after living in Aria for a year I dont think I could be anywhere else. First thinks first, Doran builds quality apartments. Everything feels strong and built well. The doors and cabinets have weight to them and the appliances are nicer than most apartments. The styling is modern yet traditional and you can truly make the space what you want it to be. Second the staff, This building is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. Also, the staff has had little to no turnover since I've been here which is impressive. Renting through Alexus and Patrick was so easy they are always happy and willing to work with you to find the perfect unit for your lifestyle. Lastly location, Living here you feel SO close to everything and although it isn't the most walkable area its super easy to drive anywhere. On top of this, it feels extremely safe around this area and you're only 10 minutes out of the city. 10/10 would recommend Aria!

I have lived at Aria for about 2.5 years. This place is amazing! The apartments are spacious and well planned out, as well as quite. As much as I have loved my living space, the well maintained building facilities and friendly staff has made my experience exceptional! GREAT place to live!!!

Maintenance/janitors do a fantastic job with their work. Building upkeep is solid thanks to them. Cancelling the contract/parking/allowing us to find a sublet is pain. Left our lights on after touring numerous times, love that electricity bill. Front desk has workers that can be condescending/rude at times... Apartment is in a great location, but pricey. Lots of new apartments being built in the area, so options have opened up.
