World of Wireless

Broke my phone screen and apple would not repair it because it had "water corrosion." After shopping around World of Wireless had the best price on a replacement screen. They were able to replace the screen and repaired the earpiece for free. After they were done working on it they even threw in a free phone case! Apple wanted me to replace the entire phone, but instead I was able to save half the money by going to these guys. Phone works great, exceptional customer service, and WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone. Great experience all around. 6 Stars

David is very friendly and the guys @World Of Wireless will make sure that your device is fixed. They will order parts if needed. Paid $50 per phone. Brought two phones in. Took a little bit but they made sure everything was taken care of.

Nope. Just NOPE. I mean, if you love being robbed of your hard earned money and being talked to like you have no brain cells, sure go there. Alfonso will meet you with a smug and arrogant face and his manager will yell at you just because there's no else in the store to talk to. Seriously there's a reason it's empty and it's because they dont fix your phone and simply take your money. Then they yell at you and accuse of breaking their "hard work" so they can then charge you AGAIN for the same repair they didnt do right the first time..... oh but he offered to discount it.... cos that's really what I walked over there for on my day off.... more money spent on a phone that wasnt fixed right the first time and awful small talk with tweedle dee and tweedle smug. Just horrible. Save your self esteem and your money for professional people cos these guys just want your money and a whipping post for their sad lives.

I have to say no matter how many times I called and speak to Doug Light at the lake street location he always made sure to help me. He is very respectful and when they decided that my repair would not be worth the time or money he tried to compensate by offering a huge discount on a color that didn't match my phone. I would go back for anything else even if I chose not to do the work today.

My Samsung S-4 started restarting itself over and over. I was told that the phone had a software issue and needed to be replaced. This meant that I would have lost all the pics on my phone, since they were not backed up. As a last ditch effort, I called world of wireless in uptown and spoke to Doug Light. He told me that my start button was stuck and fixed my phone. I was relieved and now have all my pictures saved. Thank you for your help.
