My partner and I chose Anthony Shane to create the floral arrangements for our commitment ceremony.  We gave him a budget, told him the main colors we wanted, and said, "You're the artist; we trust you.  Have fun."  The flowers were fabulous-- we got so many compliments on them.  Everything was ready on-time and within-budget, too.Even before we met, both my partner and I were fans of this florist.  My partner had gone in to his shop, last-minute, and told him, "I need flowers for a party!"  Anthony asked some questions (party theme, budget, etc), then walked around his shop creating an arrangement as he went.  It was beautiful.And I had somehow found his shop on my own; again, I found the owner polite and extremely good at creating an arrangement at any price point.  Whether you have a lot or a little to spend, he treats you well and I've always felt I got more than I expected for the price I paid.His shop does deliver, and the deliveries I've scheduled have been on-time and courteously-done.
