      image Can never get a hold of this woman. Actually need to cancel my insurance and have a new policy issued because we could never get a hold of her. Completely useless. Never calls back, never answers the phone. Even the customer service from Farmers couldn't get ahold of her or her district manager. Request another agent at all costs.
