image This store is useless. Everytime I go in there they tell me their system is down so they cant verify me as T-Mobile customer so there is no service they provide. Just close this store down.

image For the T-Mobile location by Macy's. Ben at the store flat out lied to me when buying two new phones. He said he'd get me the discounted price on the two new phones, and that it would appear like two new lines are being added to our plan but they would not be. I was also told the watch price would be $5 per month. Now I get a bill for the two new added lines, which I was told would not be added, and the watch price is also double at $10 per month. I called T-Mobile customer service and they said there's nothing they could do, since the employee had completely lied to me and I have no proof. Terrible customer service and now I'm out hundreds of dollars paying for two new phones lines for two years that I never wanted!

image Sat here for an hour for them to transfer my android to my new iPhone. The guy said they were closing and I would have to come back. But, my new phone is good to go. I told him a phone with no calendar, contacts, or anything is useless and to put the service back on my old phone. He did it in two seconds and sent me on my way. My old phone did not work for about an hour. I ran over to the geek squad at Best Buy and they were able to get my new phone going in two minutes. This T-Mobile store should close. Other than selling things they have no use to customers I was very upset!

image I went in for a promotion on a free Apple Watch. I was with sales rep #****012. The transaction was slow which I didnt mind since he seemed like he was new.
However this sales man has given me misinformation & LIED to me. He didnt information me that I needed a code to redeem my rebate card. He said an email would be sent to me & it never came. That is why I called the T-mobile customer service line. Luckily they were able to help me over the phone with that promo code.
Sales Rep #012 also lied to me. He told me if I didnt get the protection deal with him in that moment. I wouldnt able to enroll in the program ever again. The t-mobile customer service rep informed me that this sale representative lied to me & I can enroll whenever.
He also told me my rebate card would only take 1-2 business day but on the phone I was told it going to take 8 weeks for my rebate card.
My advice is if your representative seem new when coming to this store just ask for a new representative to avoid getting misinformation & losing your money. I am so disappointed and upset.

image No idea if this is the first or second floor location, but this review if for the upstairs second floor location next to Macy's. I came by February 24th. You guys are terrible at your job and I dont know what you guys do all day because you didnt help me and I heard from 3 people that ACTUALLY helped me that you guys are no good and only help people who help your commission like some bums. What happened to my phone was that I dropped it in snow and there was water damage which caused it to not charge and the screen not to work, so I had to erase my phone and restart it. This made my eSIM disappear and my old AT&T line reconnect which was not active. So I first went to the apple store and told them what happened and if the damage was expensive I would take my phone to T-Mobile and get a replacement. There was water damage but she got it to slightly work, its works now. My specialist told me theres a store up the escalator but to not waste my time going there because they dont do anything. She was right. I went up there and told them what happened and what I needed. They looked up my line and told me to go to a different store. I needed a SIM card. Like how did a store that barely helps anyone not have physical SIM cards? I went to the store across the street and waited 20 minutes while 4 people were in front of me and I was in a rush so I went to the T-Mobile store in the lower level of the mall and finally got the SIM car that took 30 minutes to get. The person there was very helpful and told me no one at the upstair store does anything unless you're bringing them money. I eventually had to go back across the street to activate my SIM card and the person who helped me there told me the exact same thing I kept on hearing about from the top level store. You guys at this store need to find a job that suits the lack of work or actually start working at your job.
