I had called Dave about a plumbing issue, after some discussion and my approval he quickly scheduled a date and time to address the problems. When he arrived he immediately went to work to replace tub drain, stopper and trap making sure everything was resolved upon completion. He also offered suggestions and made sure I had no questions. Prior to leaving I spoke to him about a potentially leaking faucet, Dave gave a day he'd give me a call back and he did!! Dave is a reliable, efficient, fair plumber and an overall great guy! My husband and I just bought a house and with that always comes unforeseen troubles. Dave is very knowledgeable and had fixed every problem weve thrown his way. Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Big Dave was very accommodating and was able to arrive earlier than the time span he originally gave me. He took one look at the problem and knew exactly what the fix was. He had all the parts necessary on hand to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. His prices were very reasonable and right in line with what he had quoted me on the phone. I would not hesitate to call Big Dave for any plumbing problems. ***UPDATE*** It's been 10 years since the last time I needed a plumber and I immediately thought of Big Dave's Plumbing to repair a slow drip on a laundry valve. I was so glad I remembered to call him. He is willing to share his knowledge and explains what he is doing as he goes, which I appreciated greatly.
