Room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, bed had cigarette burns on the comforter and reeked of smoke, and a slight musty smell. Saw the biggest roach I've ever seen in my life in the bathroom. Breakfast is in the office, they have cereal, fruit, toast and a waffle maker. Coffee and juices (although I always find a Starbucks or Caribou). The ladies at the desk were friendly, but if we wanted clean towels we had to go get them. It is a central location to a lot of things, but if you want to gamble downtown it's not walking distance. Approx 6-7 minute Uber to the Golden Nugget. We had our car. The pool is decent, and overlooks the main road with a partial Gulf view. It would be bearable, for the cheap price, if not for the dirty room. Until they upgrade, I would not recommend- spend a few extra bucks and enjoy a clean stay somewhere else.

I'm reading these reviews on Google and they say how friendly the staff is. All I know is that I never even made it to my room. I tried to make several adjustments to my reservations and the people were so rude to me; they disregard everything I said and refused to help me. I twice asked to speak to a manager and they ignored me. In the long run I ended up canceling my reservation because I didn't want to give these people my money. Think twice, once you got a bad feeling in your tummy' it's probably something you should listen to. I dodged a bullet.
