        I never did receive the information requested from this insurance agency and most of the times that I called it went into voice mail and would not accept my call. I have beeb a policy holder at Allstate for many years. Very disappointed with lack of services.

        I have had my homeowner's insurance with this Allstate Office since 2013. I recently switched insurances AND I have been unable to get a refund from Ernie Chaffin's office. I called multiple times and Elizabeth told me she would call me back and she has not. Once, she told me the refund was returned and it would be reissued to me. I have been trying to get my refund since the beginning of May 2020. I need this refund to put in my escrow and pay my new insurance company. When I call from my number, they do not pick up. If I call from a number unknown to them, they pick up. This is becoming an incredible headache and I am highly upset, hence the reason I have finally taken to leaving this Google review. I NEED THIS MATTER HANDLED ASAP.
