We purchased a New 2022 Cedar Creek 377BH on 31 May 23 from Dads Camper Outlet in Gulfport, MS. Cathy Cat York was our salesperson. The buying experience was good. Cat was pleasant to work with and accommodated each of our requests. There were a few major issues with our unit that we discovered shortly after purchasing. We only camped in our coach 5 days and stored it at a covered storage unit. After discovering that my slides were missing skis (from the factory) and that there was an open recall when we purchased it, I took it back to the dealership on 9 Aug to have the recall addressed. Upon inspection by the tech a soft spot approximately 12x12 was discovered on our roof just in front of the rear air conditioner. It appears that a small mushroom vent was cracked and allowed water to get to the decking. We never had any water drip inside the coach. We never even camped in the rain. The dealership personnel were very polite, but I was disappointed to discover that the unit we purchased had an open service bulletin that wasnt addressed prior to the pre-delivery inspection. Our salesperson assisted with keeping the service/warranty department on time with the repairs. We ended up needing an entire new roof. I contacted Forest River and was able to negotiate extending our warranty 2 months to cover the time it was in the shop. Overall, I would recommend Dads Camper Outlet and Cat York with the following caveats: 1) insist that the dealership check for service bulletins 2) have a certified third party inspection prior to purchasing. It is my opinion that every unit, no matter what the brand is, either has or will have issues. The major ones are often undetectable by untrained eye.
