I ve been here a few times each time they guy his wife and the young lady staff we’re very respectful . Due for a drug screening for my office job I was in and out ..As I love it!! No bad review from me

Don’t believe what you see the male who helped me was very helpful and was kind and the music They had playing was very awesome and relaxing I wasn’t even in there long went smooth in and out

If I could give it Zero stars I would. Thee worst custom service ever. The owner snatched the clip board from my hands. I took my drug test he, told me I can come back the next day so I did. Then he told me I couldn’t take it . He ended calling the cops because we got into an argument. He told the cops my friend threw her keys at him 🤦🏽‍♀️

Staff on the phone was mildly courteous but basically told me they couldn't help me because the building is not wheelchair accessible. They offered me no apologies for this illegality nor offered me any alternatives. I recognize this is a systemic problem with the fingerprint machines (not wheelchair accessible), and that much of this is out of control of F&R Services. I'm posting this is a warning to those in wheelchairs who may need the service. Also, for the record, I was sent here as part of a job application process. Not sure why it is listed as "paternity services" LOL. ----- EDIT: This review is several years old, and I believe many of the issues mentioned are beyond the control of the proprietor of this small business. I have therefore changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Although everything in my review is true, I do not wish to harm the business of this enterprise. I hope that clears up any confusion.
